Ch. B.P. Government Engineering College, now part of Netaji Subhas University of Technology (NSUT) West Campus, was established in 2007 by the Delhi government. It was initially named after the first Chief Minister of Delhi, Chaudhary Brahm Prakash. The college focused on Civil and Environmental Engineering, with the aim of becoming a center of excellence in these fields. In 2018, it was merged with NSUT to offer specialized engineering courses.
