Our school, Edison G Agoram Memorial School was started in June, 1998, at Manalur, Chidambaram, Tamilnadu to commemorate the lofty ideals of late Shri G Agoram, an Engineer cum Industrialist par excellence, who idolised Thomas Alva Edison, in whose memory the school was named.
It is a friendly school in a quiet and peaceful rural setting, enabling children to develop all aspects of their individual potential through a broad & balanced, child-centered curriculum. It is a Co-Educational, Government Un-aided school, affiliated to the Central Board of Secondary Education, New Delhi.
