The State Bank of India Officers Association (Chennai Circle) is the sole collective bargaining body of Four Thousand Officers.Its Primary objective is to unite all Officers working in the circle for collective bargaing purposes and to secure for its members better service and fair working conditions. It is also committed to redressing their grievances and improving the quality of life of its members, economically, socially and culturally. It was registered on August 14th, 1965 as State Bank of India Officers Association (Madras Circle) under the Trade Union Act.
