KGBV Kaligiri is a Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalaya (KGBV) located in the Kaligiri block of Nellore district, Andhra Pradesh. Established in 2009, it is a girls-only residential school managed by the Tribal/Social Welfare Department. KGBVs aim to provide quality education to girls from disadvantaged backgrounds, including Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Classes, minority communities, and families below the poverty line. KGBV Kaligiri offers education for Grades 6 to 10 with English as the medium of instruction. The school follows the CBSE curriculum. The academic session starts in April.
