Himachal Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research (HIPER), H.P. was established in the year 2008 by Smt. Kesari Devi Educational Trust, Nadaun. The trust was established by the trustees under the provisions of “Indian Trust act” in the year 2004 for establishing an educational Institute providing technical education at grass root level in the rural area of Himachal Pradesh.
