About
Singhania University, located in Pacheri Bari, Jhunjhunu, Rajasthan, was established in 2007 by the Government of Rajasthan under Ordinance 6 of 2007. It is recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC) under Section 2(f) of the UGC Act, 1956. The university was inaugurated on 21st October 2007 by Shri D.C. Singhania, a visionary and philanthropist, with the inspiration of his mother, Smt. Narmada Devi Singhania.
