Government polytechnic college, cheyyar was established by the Tamilnadu Government in the year 2013. This institution functioning in 7.16 acres land area and as got the approval of the Tamilnadu Government and AICTE. The college has been started with five courses with an intake of 60 seats in each courses of 3 years duration.
