V. M. Salgaocar College of Law (VMSCL) is a prestigious government-aided law institution located in Miramar, Panaji, Goa. Established in 1973 by the Devi Sharvani Education Society, the college was initially named Mahadevrao Salgaocar College of Law and was renamed in 1997 to honor its founder, Mr. V. M. Salgaocar .
