Nehru College of Aeronautics and Applied Sciences(NCAAS) is a collaborative institution of Alagappa University, Karaikudi, and one of the renowned colleges in Tamil Nadu offering under graduate and post graduate programs to aspirants for the aviation industry.

This college also takes up pride of being recognized by the Directorate general of Civil Aviation for the Aircraft Maintenance Engineering (AME) program. This is the first institute in South India that is approved by the DGCA for conducting the AME program in categories B1.1 (Aeroplan, turbo engines) and B2 (Avionics) streams.
