Shri Saraswati Vidyalaya Postgraduate College is situated in a beautiful natural area along the Delhi road, to the west of the famous city of Hapur.The college was initially affiliated with Agra University (from 1951 to 1965) and is now affiliated with Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut (since 1965), one of the leading and prestigious universities. It was established in 1951 through the efforts of social worker and education enthusiast Babu Lakshmi Narayan and other philanthropists via the Education Promotion Committee
