Matha College of Teacher Education, Manamadurai was established in 2004. It is managed under Matha Memorial Education Trust. The College provides B.Ed., Degree Course (1 year). Matha College of Teacher Education is recognized by National Council For Teacher Education (NCTE) SRC, Bangalore and affiliated to Alagappa University, Karaikudi with annual intake of 100 students. The College was earlier affiliated to The Tamilnadu Teachers Education,Chennai University, TamilNadu.
