The primary goal of MANUU Model School is to offer quality education in Urdu Medium with the CBSE syllabus, making it accessible to economically challenged yet talented children, especially from rural areas. The governance structure of MANUU is robust, involving bodies such as the Court, Executive Council, Academic Council, School Boards, Boards of Studies of the Departments, Finance Committee, and other committees as declared by the Statutes of MANUU. The Chancellor, as the ex-officio chairperson of the Court, and the Vice Chancellor, as the ex-officio chairperson of the Executive Council, Academic Council, and Finance Committee, lead the university's leadership.
