KGBV Yerragondapalem is a Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalaya (KGBV) located in the Yerragondapalem block of Prakasam district, Andhra Pradesh. It was established in 2007 and is managed by the Tribal/Social Welfare Department. The school is exclusively for girls and does not have an attached pre-primary section. It provides residential education from Grade 6 to 10 with Telugu as the medium of instruction. KGBVs, like KGBV Yerragondapalem, aim to provide quality education to girls from educationally backward blocks, especially those belonging to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Classes, minority communities, and families below the poverty line.
