He has more than 24 years of service with Blue Dart – DHL Ltd. as Customer Service Manager, PDA Operations Manager and Product Trainer. He has worked as State Head Operations – Kerala with Trackon Couriers Ltd, a fast growing Delhi based organization in the express industry, known for its reliability and prompt delivery. He has served with M/s. Eff Logistics Pvt Ltd as General Manager. He holds MBA (Marketing) from Pondicherry University. Mr. Rony Michael is a Resource Member Trainer in National Institute of Technology(NIT), Kozhikode and a sought after Speaker on Logistics and Supply Chain Management. He works as a Management Consultant and he is a Career Guru.
