Certification in Airport opration and Customer Service is a 6-months targeted certification program that deals with the study of basics of airport and ground handling, customer care and interpersonal skills and travel industry. The eligibility for the program is 10+2 in any stream or graduation completed or pursuing in any stream, and anyone can opt for this course according to their choice.
