SAU's permanent campus is situated in Maidan Garhi, South Delhi, adjacent to the Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) and near the Asola Wildlife Sanctuary. The 100-acre campus features modern academic buildings, hostels, faculty residences, sports facilities, and a health center. As of 2023, the university has fully transitioned to this campus from its previous temporary location at Akbar Bhawan in Chanakyapuri.
