Sri Padmavati Mahila Visvavidyalayam (SPMVV) is a state-run women's university located in Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh, India. Established in 1983 by the Andhra Pradesh legislature, it aims to provide higher education in general and professional areas exclusively for women. The university is named after the goddess Sri Padmavati, the consort of Lord Venkateswara. SPMVV is recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC) and has been accredited with an 'A+' grade by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) .
