The sports facilities and ground infrastructure of our college are in good condition; however, the quality of coaching and guidance provided to students has been a serious concern, particularly since 2023. Despite having adequate facilities and talented students, the college has not been able to achieve the same level of performance in sports as it did before 2023. The lack of effective coaching, proper training strategies, regular guidance, and performance-based preparation has negatively affected the skills, confidence, and competitive performance of students. A good sports facility can only be beneficial when students receive proper coaching and mentorship. Therefore, the college administration should seriously review the current coaching system and ensure that qualified, experienced, and dedicated coaches are appointed to help students reach their full potential and improve the college's performance in future competitions.
