Utkal University (UU), established in 1943, is a state university located in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India. It is the 17th oldest university in the country and the oldest in Odisha. The university is known as a teaching-cum-affiliating institution, meaning it conducts its own teaching programs and also affiliates with other colleges.
