JKIE has been approved by All India Council for Technical Education AICTE New Delhi and has affiliation with Chhattisgarh Swami Vivekanand Technical University, Bhilai with the help of well qualified experienced faculties, modern amenities, rich library, well equipped laboratories, workshop, computer facilities and other necessary infrastructure, the institute is intended to produce career ready graduates who are immediately employable, self reliant, self esteemed and ethical so as to maintain the sanctity of life. J.K. Institute of Engineering was established under a board policy frame work of providing new technology required for the industrial growth of the country in general and more particularly for the State of Chhattisgarh.
