The North East Frontier Technical University NEFTU is situated in a picturesque location of Aalo, an emerging hub of education and the headquarters of West Siang, a hilly and green district of Arunachal Pradesh. NEFTU is the earnest endeavour by a group of visionaries and educationists. It is a State Private University established under section 2f of the UGC Act, 1956, well versed to facilitate the students with quality education and higher study programs of national and international standards.
NEFTU has been established by Act 11 of 2014 of State Legislature, Arunachal Pradesh, as the first Private Technical University of the State.
