The faculty has been honoured with prestigious awards like Amrut Mody Research Foundation Award, Ranbaxy Research Award, Lifetime achievement awards, UNIDO Scientific Adviser, DBT Technology award, OPPI awards, BRICS Technology award, Best Teacher Awards, US-Fullbright fellowship, Commonwealth & BOYSCAST fellowships to name a few. Professor Emeritus of UIPS, Late Professor Harkishan Singh, an iconic figure and a pharmacy legend, was bestowed with Padma Shri, in 2017.
