About
The Indo Swiss Training Centre (ISTC), Chandigarh, is not affiliated with a university. It is a technical training institute under the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR). More specifically, it operates as a part of CSIR-Central Scientific Instruments Organisation (CSIO). The ISTC was established in 1963 in collaboration with the Swiss Foundation for Technical Assistance.
