Gopinath Singh Mahila Mahavidyalaya, Garhwa was established on 12th Oct. 1998. The college was granted affiliation up to Intermediate level in 1998. Initially the college was started at Govt. girl’s high school Garhwa and shifted to its own new building at Kalyanpur spread over 5.00 acres of land in 2008
