The HPU Regional Centre, Dharamshala, is a campus of Himachal Pradesh University established in 1992 to extend higher education to students in the region. Initially located in the premises of the Government Degree College, Dharamshala, it now occupies its own campus in Mohli, Khaniara, about 10 km from Dharamshala Bus Stand
